Delivery

Orders are being dispatched within 1-3 business days after order placed.
Your order will be delivered to via your local postal services. 

Shipping time

Depending on where you live, shipping usually takes:

· Germany: 15-20 days

· Europe: 15-30 days

· USA & Canada: 12-18 days.

· Rest of the World: 12-26 days

Please note that these time frames are given normal(non-pandemic) circumstances. Due to pandemic, depending on your location regulations, there might be slight delays on top of regular delivery times. We ask you to give up to 10 days on top of regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer service team. 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, link to track your parcel. Please note that it might take from to 3 business days for tracking to start showing information, as the parcel gets taken from us it travels to DE-Frankfurt logistics center where it gets scanned and starts updating tracking status.
